Amy Joyce:

Like you, Wizard, I also wouldn't be surprised if it turned out that many who claimed not to know Ruby, actually did.  Some even said they didn't know him, at first, but later said they did. Pettit corrected the very same in his report.  First he didn't know Ruby but then he did.

It's so interesting how we occasionally process thoughts differently.  Yes, identifying the shooter as Ruby(at the time) means they were lying - or in on it!  I was coming from the POV of proving that it wasn't Ruby, so now  I understand why I didn't grasp what you meant right away.

Regarding the photo of Shooter being led to the jail office:  This was one of many photos that was never published and it's one of many pics that I think was staged.  One reason is because we can see the top of Shooter's head (and we all know he was covered up and had dark hair/a wig).  Obviously they didn't want it publicly known that they had covered him up and they kept it a secret (another indication it was a farce).  Another reason I think it was staged is because Oswald was already gone from the scene when the photo was taken, however it's now questionable as to exactly when Oswald was removed to the jail office (before or after Ruby).  However, if they practiced the incident several times that would account for confusion.

"Cutchshaw stated that after marching [Ruby] through the jail office door he immediately closed this door to prevent anyone from following, after which he opened the door to admit OSWALD, who was being carried on a stretcher."

Lastly, Fritz's car was still backed into the driveway at the time this picture was taken.  I can't tell for sure if the picture should have captured the car or not, but in the WFAA film it appeared to keep moving just past the wall on the left.  In KRLD the car almost hit Shooter.  I really think this photo was staged. In all of these PTH pics we can find something that doesn't match the scene from the films, or more.

Initially all of these guys had me fooled.  When I first was in contact with Ralph I told him that I couldn't believe so many cops would do such a thing and it was too hard for me to accept that.  Being in that early position kept me perplexed as to how it could have occurred with all of the Shooter inconsistencies.  It was early and before I started digging, so when I did and the lies were exposed, my position changed to which cops weren't in on it! I now say the same about the press - and Davidson was one of the them interviewed on television the very day of the incident.  Being far back while filming might have exposed him to the jail office switch, which I doubt they'd risk him seeing that.

Ralph, if you watch the full KRLD scene of the shooter getting covered we can't see the hat on the floor.  Shortly afterward the hat can be seen just in front (or back) of the passenger side taillight, on the floor.   There is also a snapshot of the hat on the floor.  The melee' moved to the opposite side of the driveway, so I don't know whose hat that could have been (perhaps someone not involved threw down another in frustration, lol).  Point is, what happened to the shooter's hat?  Pushed off or taken off so the bag can be put on?

Ralph Cinque:

Amy, some have denied that that was the shooter's hat, and I think one of the detectives claimed that it was his hat. It seems awfully dark.

Here's the hat in the Jackson photo:

But, that statement by Cutchshaw is amazing, that "Ruby" got through the door first, and then he had to open the door again for Oswald, who was on a stretcher????? That is ridiculous! Obviously, there was no stretcher. Who dumps a guy from a stretcher onto the floor? Wouldn't they have left him on the stretcher? And, there was obviously no stretcher in the garage. So, why would Cutchshaw tell such an egregious lie?

It is clear to me that Oswald was scurried into the jail office, on his own power, and under cover. It's the only way he could have been evacuated so fast. One would have to be an idiot of Backsonian proportion to believe that Oswald was carried into the jail office by two men, and it just happened to get missed by all the cameras.
